Rent at Warrior Run Manor, Inc. is individually determined in accordance with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 202/8 regulations. Rent is approximately 30 percent of an individual’s adjusted income. All units are eligible for rental subsidy under HUD guidelines. Utilities included in the rent are water, garbage and sewer. Warrior Run Manor offers residential living to meet the unique housing needs of elderly, disabled or handicapped persons.
